Join Our Referral Program

This Referral Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of (enter date), by and between AC Tax Solutions, with its principal office located at AC Tax Solutions, and [Referral Agent’s Full Name], residing at [Referral Agent’s Address] ("Referral Agent").

1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms under which the Referral Agent will refer potential clients ("Referred Clients") to the Company for tax preparation services.

2. Referral Agent Responsibilities
The Referral Agent agrees to:
Actively promote the Company's tax preparation services to potential clients. Use the unique affiliate link provided by the AC Tax Solutions to refer potential clients. Ensure that referred clients are aware that they must mention the Referral Agent's name or use the affiliate link when engaging the Company's services.

3. Payment Terms
The Company agrees to pay the Referral Agent for each successful referral as defined below:

A referral is considered successful when the referred client completes the tax preparation process with the Company and their tax refund is funded through the Company's services.

Payment will be made according to the following schedule:

1-10 successful referrals: $50 per referral
11-25 successful referrals: $75 per referral
Over 25 successful referrals: $100 per referral

Payments will be processed[monthly/quarterly] and made via [direct deposit/electronic payment], based on the total number of successful referrals during the payment period.

4. Conditions of Payment
The Referral Agent will only be paid for referrals that result in a successful completion, as defined above. No payment will be made for referrals where the referred client does not complete the tax preparation process or does not have their refund funded. The Company reserves the right to verify the completion of each referral before issuing payment.

5. Non-Exclusivity
This Agreement does not create an exclusive relationship between the Company and the Referral Agent. The Referral Agent is free to refer potential clients to other companies, and the Company is free to engage with other referral agents.

6. Confidentiality
The Referral Agent agrees to keep all information regarding the Company's business, including but not limited to client details, pricing, and business strategies, confidential. This obligation continues even after the termination of this Agreement.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with [30 days] written notice. In the event of termination, the Referral Agent will be entitled to payment for any successful referrals completed before the termination date, according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind. Any amendments or modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Referral Agreement as of the date first above written.
